Honey and Cinnamon

There has been a lot of trending news lately about the use of honey and cinnamon together.  Yes, they taste great and make incredible deserts, but that's a small part of it.  The health benefits are nothing short of a medical breakthrough, but honey and cinnamon have been being used both separately, and together for thousands of years.  

Dr. Oz even did a show dedicated to using Manuka Honey as a face mask mixing it with cinnamon.  The Cinnamon stimulates the blood flow and helps open the capillaries while the honey draws out the toxins.  Spread over the face as a mask and leave on for 45 min or longer. This works great for reducing acne, though the next day after the mask application may seem like its worse; that just means its working!  

Arthritis Pain? Twice daily mix in a cup of warm water two teaspoons Manuka Honey and one small teaspoon Cinnamon.  Legend has it even chronic arthritis can be relieved.
